The Real Story
2026 is not a normal year at PLAYipp.
We're in the final stretch of migrating every Norwegian customer from our legacy Databeat platform to PLAYipp. Simultaneously, our Norwegian sales team just had their best Q4 ever - meaning loads of new customers need onboarding and support while we're executing one of the biggest platform migrations in our company's history.
One of our two Norwegian CSMs is going on maternity leave, and we need someone who can step in and handle both: systematic migration execution AND building genuine relationships with new customers. It's challenging. It's also exactly the kind of year where you'll learn more, impact more, and grow more than in five "normal" years elsewhere.
Important: This is a maternity cover position, but with genuine opportunity to become permanent. We're growing (17.3% last year), expanding into Netherlands later this year, and building our Nordic CS team. If you're great, we'll find a way to keep you.
What You'll Actually Do
Your week looks like this:
- Customer calls and meetings (this is a people-facing role, not a desk job)
- Planning and executing migration for Norway's biggest companies using digital signage
- Onboarding and supporting new customers as they join PLAYipp
- Working closely with the other Norwegian CSM plus our 4-person Swedish CS team
- Jumping into projects you're interested in - whether that's shaping our new digital learning platform, refining our onboarding process, or building CS practices for our Netherlands expansion
The balance: ~50% migration work, ~50% traditional CSM work. Both require the same core skill: building trust with customers so they succeed.
What Makes Someone Perfect For This
Must-haves:
- Fluent Norwegian (daily customer communication)
- Strong English (team collaboration)
- Understanding Swedish is a bonus
- Killer trait: You're a people person. Social skills matter more than technical CS experience because we're fundamentally in the trust business. If customers don't trust you, nothing else works.
Mindset over experience:
We care more about attitude than years in CS roles. Self-motivated, loves working in a team, genuinely curious about customer challenges, proactive in solving problems. We've got experienced people who can teach the technical stuff - we need someone who wants to pull their weight and grow with us.

The setup:
- Based in Oslo office (2-3 days/week in-office, rest flexible)
- 2-3 team meetups in Sweden per year
- Salary: 625,000-700,000 NOK
- Real voice in shaping how we work - this isn't "execute someone else's plan," it's "help us figure out what works"
